How do I book a session with Zach?
Booking is simple! Once we’ve discussed your vision, date, and package, I’ll send over a contract and booking deposit info. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date is officially reserved. From there, I’ll send a questionnaire to help plan the details of your shoot.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date. Smaller sessions require a $50 deposit, while weddings, events, and larger packages require a $400 deposit. The remaining balance will be outlined in your booking agreement.
How long does it take to receive my photos or video?
Photo galleries are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks, while video projects are generally completed within 2–6 weeks. Turnaround times may vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Rush delivery may also be available upon request.
How will my photos and videos be delivered?
Your finished content will be delivered digitally through a private online link (Google Drive), making it easy to view, download, save, and share your files. Delivery details will be sent directly to you once everything is ready.
Do you travel for shoots?
Absolutely! While I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona, I’m available for sessions, weddings, events, and projects outside the area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Can you help with locations and planning?
Yes! If you’re unsure where to shoot, what time works best, or how to bring your vision together, I’m happy to help. We can choose locations, timing, and other details based on the look and feel you’re going for.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to move your session to another available date.
Do you provide the unedited or RAW files?
Generally, no. Your final gallery includes professionally selected and edited images or videos that represent the finished quality of my work. If you have a specific need for RAW or unedited content, feel free to ask before booking as it’s a package add-on.
Can I request specific photos or shots?
Of course. I encourage you to share inspiration, must-have shots, or ideas before your session. I’ll use those as a guide while still bringing my own creative style to the shoot.
What if I don't know how to pose?
No worries at all! I’ll guide you throughout the session with posing, movement, and prompts so everything feels natural and comfortable rather than stiff or overly staged.
